Reconstruction

We are a team of architects and construction specialists who focus on projects of all scales. We design and execute everything from complete residential renovations, to complete interior solutions from rough construction to the finest details, to custom furniture installations. When designing, we focus on the client’s requirements and adapt to their budget and ideas. We work on cost-effective, affordable projects as well as challenging, detailed designs where every aspect is considered.

Our architectural designs are further developed into design and implementation documentation in collaboration with a team of specialists to ensure a smooth implementation process. In addition to design and planning, we are actively involved in the actual implementation. We oversee the progress of the construction work, coordinate the individual contractors and ensure that the project is completed to the highest quality. We are able to deliver a finished turnkey building, exactly according to the client’s needs.

Residential houses

We specialize in the complex processing of residential building projects – from the rehabilitation of the lower part of the building to the final interiors. We solve every detail of the entire building with the utmost precision. As an example, we dealt with a project of an apartment building on Těšínská Street. We architecturally cleaned the historic building in a dilapidated state, modified the layout and sensitively added new elements. For this project, we prepared documentation for a building permit, which is a key step towards successful implementation.

Reconstruction of apartments

We offer design and implementation of customized apartment renovations. According to the client’s wishes, we can design modifications from cleaning to rough construction to interior details. We start the reconstruction with an architectural study, where we look for the optimal spatial solution. We follow up with an implementation project, on which we work with experts in the construction work and technical professions. We finish the project by supervising the actual implementation and handing over the completely renovated apartment ‘turnkey’.

Furniture

Our projects also include the design and realization of customized furniture. With attention to detail, we carefully evaluate the space, design efficient spatial solutions and, in cooperation with experts, ensure their production and installation.

Stucco decoration

We like to add value to our designs through unique and non-standard elements. For example, in the renovation of an apartment in a historic house, we enhanced the living spaces with stucco installations on the ceilings. For this project, we developed our own technology, processes and materials that contributed to the successful completion of the entire project.
