Maintenance technician
We are looking for a careful and reliable person to ensure the functionality of the technical systems and building infrastructure.
Job description:
- Regular inspection and maintenance of the technical systems (e.g. electrics, water, heating, air conditioning, lighting, etc.)
- Troubleshooting and rectification of minor defects in the technical building systems
- Carrying out preventive maintenance work according to schedule
- Keeping records of work carried out and reporting defects
- Co-operation with external contractors and service companies
- Monitoring the technical condition of the building and making suggestions for improvement
Requirements:
- Training in a trade (e.g. electrician, plumber, locksmith, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of electrical installation and handling tools
- Ability to work independently and solve technical problems
- Reliability, diligence, sense of responsibility
